Warranty:

MaxiPak LLC warrants all its equipment for one year from date of shipment. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. Within the applicable warranty period, Maxipak’s equipment will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of MaxiPak LLC.

Voided Warranty:

In the event any MaxiPak LLC equipment is returned for warranty work, and it is improperly packaged, the warranty may be voided.  If proper packaging is needed, the customer must contact MaxiPak.  The packaging will be available at a cost that includes shipping.

Packin Station HD:

After packaging hazardous drugs on the Packin Station, all the parts that come in contact with the medication are designed to handle harsh chemicals used to clean parts. All these parts can be removed from the Packin Station for cleaning.

Maintenance:

All MaxiPak’s equipment is designed for easy maintenance. Periodically, changing wear items is required. Beyond that, normal cleaning is required to keep the unit functioning properly.
